Change your oil regularly using a good filter and good oil (forget the
synthetic stuff), every 3 to 5K miles and you will be fine, all the rest is
"bull", you do not have an industrial engine that runs 24 HR a day at a
high load, neither do you have a truck fleet that travel regularly between
east coast and west coast (or maybe you do......).
