I had these...they fit below the reflectors, in the lower grill--you had to
cut openings into the lower grill.  They were made by SEV Marchal, small
lights about an inch, inch-&-a-half high, five or six inches wide.  no big
deal--don't add much, if anything, to the stock headlights.

The reflectors simply cover up the US-spec bumper mounting bolts, so there's
no easy way to replace them with lights.
