Could have valves only done, with the hope this will bring new life
to comression and perhaps help lifter problem.  Maybe just sleeve it
to cut costs?  But what about leakage.  I'm of the (poor) school that
says you dump a bunch of money in, rather than try to fix little
things along the way...I figure it all costs the same in the end.
