Brake pads for a '92 100 CSQ

Help: I need new pads F & R for a '92 100 CSQ. I will put in new OEM
rotors (which I bought from Europarts for $206 + $15 shipping, Carlsen
was over $300).

My criteria for the pads are:
1) Good cold performance (this is a ski car!) but hopefully better
overall than stock.
2) No squealing
3) Low dust

After checking the archives and other net-wisdom I decided that I
would like to get Repco (Axxis) Deluxe or Mintex 1207 (Redbox).
Unfortunately Repco Deluxe are apparently not being made for this
model, and New Dimensions (the only source I know for Mintex) does not
carry the front pads. They would need three month to special order
them from UK. The only remaining choices seem to be

Pagid - price about $40 rear, $70 front, but reputedly lots of dust.
Jurid - about the same price, reputedly even more dust.
Ate - (the OEM? or is Pagid the OEM?) - about the same price, dusty
Refren, graphite/metallic, sport - recommended by TAP, apparently
not much dust but very expensive: $90 R, $125 F.

So, should I:

a) Try to find the Mintex front pads (who might carry them?)

b) Buy the Pagid/Jurid/Ate (which?) and live with the dust ...

c) Buy the Refren, and hope that the Audi Gods will be pleased ...

All suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks!
