I just went through some similar experience, except I did not use the OEM
AMPS just the OEM crossover for the front. I also got tremendous whine till
I switched to monster RCA cables and added one noise suppresser right next
to
the AMP.
I suspect the radio is not compatible with the OEM AMPS (strickly
speculation), 
If that is the case you might have to switch to an aftermarket AMP.
I am sure Igor will have a better answer (if what you are trying to do is
at all possible)
