At that rate, you can rant all day, and I won't begrudge you the 
bandwidth.   Those guys aught to be hung!

I can imagine at worst, your 5KCSTQ needs the toe control bolts torched 
off (mine were frozen on too) and a few bushings, which are all easy to 
get at, and not veyr expensive to buy.   Obviously, they are srewing you 
as hard and fast as they can.

Find a real mechanic.   If I worked for AoA, I'd report that as fraud or 
something.
