Nope ... the Ur-Q uses a 4k steering column and the steering shaft is of a
smaller diameter than the one used on 5ks.  You'd have to do some pretty
fancy surgery to graft one onto the other ... however, I seem to recall some
of the early 5k turbo cars ('82-'83) used the same wheel so you might check
this out as an alternative.
