Use any good NON-SILICONE leather lotion.  They are usually white and creamy, and can
be purchased at any good leather goods shop.  SILICONE will crack the leather.

You apply the lotion to a clean cloth, rub down the seats.  It will take dirt off.
Allow to dry--just a couple of minutes. Buff with a clean dry cloth and the leather
partakes a gentle sheen.  It remoisturizes  and softens the leather.

I use once a year and my seats look great after 10 years and 3.5 years !!!
