Your numbers are a little off here.
The 850T is significantly lighter than the S4.
The 850T is around 3400 pounds for 220hp (15.5 lb/hp), the S4 around 3700
pounds for 227hp (16.3 lb/hp).

Add this to the fact that Dorab was too lazy to downshift :-)
and the 850T is going to eat his S4 at that moment.
