Ned Ritchie told me my 20v turbo would make about 250bhp @7000' vs 277
@ sea level. He explained that the altitude sensor prevents the
beloved KKK from spinning it's little guts out. I fear this may be a
bit optimistic, as I was told that power loss due to altitude is as
much as 3%/1000' But I'm sure there are others on the list with a more
accurate figure.
The bad news is, you'll lose power. The good news is, you won't lose
as much as atmo cars (heh heh!)
Emissions? Not sure, but guess you'll be OK.
