I saw a 3/4" drive 250 or 300 ft-lb pointer type torque wrench in a True
Value hardware store in Hudson MA.  For about $70.00 you can own one.

Hardware stores in farm country (tractors require big tools) have this
kind of stuff.  They might rent them too.  I found only one rental place
in the Boston MA area that rented big ones.  (I rented one that actually
went to 600 lb-ft!)
