Two points: 1) Your car has a 4.11 final drive and most non-torsen trannies
have a 3.89 ... this means you'll need to swap both the tranny and the rear
diff (or acquire a 4kq tranny with a 4.11 ... I might be willing to trade
you for one of my spares); 2) You'll need to modify your console to
accomodate the diff lock switch and this may or may not be easy to do in a
clean, professional looking manner.

That said, despite being one of those who have criticized the Torsen for
9-10/10s driving, I wouldn't be very quick to swap it for an open-diff setup
... I still think that with some work, it's possible to make a Torsen center
diff work very, very well.
