RE: Speeding?

YES THERE IS! NJ recently threw the laser gun out because someone questioned
it accuracy. In court, the officer shot the wall, and the wll was moving at
something like 15 miles per hour! So, the judge said it could not be used,
and all uses of the gun in the state are for "evaluation". It is fairly
recent ruling, something like 6 months or so, maybe from the summer at the
latest.

There's a book on this, _Beating the Radar Rap_ (Chicago: Bonus Books) by Dale

Smith and John Tomerlin. That, and a video, are available from Radio Assn.
Defending Airwave Rights, (800) 448-5170, (513) 667-5472.

Maybe you can find it in a bookstore. I imagine getting it to Canada in time
to help you would be dicey at this point. The answer to your original question

is "quite possibly," but the time to do your homework was right after you were

cited.

Good luck!
