That is a good price. I wouldn't be too concerned with the miles.
My '89 100Q has 136K and is chugging along strong.
It will likely need some maintenance-type repairs at that age,
but nothing to outrageous.
What I would look for is frame damage due to whatever accident
pranged the grill/bumper. Make sure it drives straight as an arrow,
and get a *good* alignment shop to check all the numbers and look
underneath for any weird shims that might be used to fudge the numbers.
