Dynamat
Well, OK, a couple of people asked me how the Dynamat installation went,
so here it goes.
My car already had a fair amount of OEM dampening, so all I did was
augment it in a few places. There was OEM dampening material on the
floor, the rear deck, in the doors, and around most of the trunk. This
helps a lot, but I noticed that some places, especially the doors, were
somewhat skimpy. That's where I concentrated. I got the 13 sq. ft. box
of Dynamat and put a bunch in the doors (front and back), and put the
leftover scraps on the trunk lid, which did not have any as far as I
could tell.
The improvement was noticeable but I think it would have been better had
I gotten 26 sq ft, and if I had been able to take off the window
assembly (I seem to recall someone saying that it's a 2-person job?).
If people want more details/suggestions I can say more; I've got more
ideas on what I want to do but I just don't have the few hours it takes
to do it. Not to mention that the little box of Dynamat cost $55...
Also, thanks everyone who responded about the O2 sensor. Not only do I
now have a better idea of where to look for it, I also got some other
ideas of stuff to check. Thanks!

Since everyone else seems to brag about their car down here I guess I'll
have to start...Even tho' it's not much to brag about yet...
