WOW!  I have to try this. I'd like to know exactly what you did.

But, I can relate...I locked my keys in the car with the engine off.  Here
is what I did.  I locked my A4Q with the remote, went to the trunk,
unlocked it with the key and laid my keys inside to pick up the groceries.
I then shut the trunk with my one full hand of bags.  As soon as I heard
the trunk shut, I heard the latch lock.

Sure enough, my keys were locked in the trunk, safe and sound.  :)

BTW, I have had no problems with my remote locking system.
