Actually, I'm not totally sure this is THE closest. Grnated
Daimler>i.e.Daimler-Benz. However, I had some information at one
time that listed the manufacturing base for my VW Qtm Syn as being an
Austrian firm. As the info went, the Synchro systems were developed
and some manufactured in Osterreich. Can't remember the exact firm
name, but I believe this could have been it!
