Yes, Igor, welcom to America--maybe the only land where people forget that driving is 
actually a priveledge, and actually requires INPUT from a driver?  

I like to remind these idiots that they are piloting several tons of steel and glass  
while they gab on the cel phone at 54 miles an hour in front of me in the left lane, 
or make themselves pretty on the way to work.  So help me if anyone happens to have 
their window open while toying with my life...
