I like that. Except "public transportation" plans are usually down there
with "flush out the currupt politicians" in almost all cities in the U.S.
Thus I comment on the former "grade me" idea. Instead of having the
previledge of driving at higher speed, why not hit most 'Mericans
considers more important -- insurance rate. Yeah, there are some states
that do not require insurance at all to drive. But hey, let's make this
mandatory. (^:<
