The 2084 you can get from Zelenda (see vendors list). I paid $65.
It is made entirely of thick (~4mm) steel so I would have no worries
about buying one used -- it's probably the sturdiest tool I own.
The 2079 you don't really need -- instead use a quality 27mm socket,
a breaker bar, and a steel pipe.
