Last chance

Last chance to partake in the 1st Annual Michign Quattro Club Winter Driving
School in Lake City, Michigan (near Cadillac- upper third of the lower
Peninsula). We need could use a few more people. Senior instructor will be
ice racing and pro rally champion Mike Purzycki. This event will be in
association with the Michigan Ice Racing Association (but its NOT a race).
However, there will be a separate are on the lake (Lake Missaukee) for
watching wheel-to-wheel racing.

It will be this coming Saturday, Feb 22 and Sunday, Feb 23 1997. (Sat Noon-4
pm,Sunday 8:30 am - 3:30 pm). Manadory classroom instruction meeting
Saturday at 4 pm.

Bring a notepad, pen, stopwatch (if you have one) warm clothes and
comfortable shoes - you want to feel the pedals!

Contact François at (810)589-8176 by this TUESDAY. Cost $85.00 (includes
insurance) plus Hotel(shouldn't be much). Send check made out to him (we're
not that big a club yet) and he will send you the information packet.

There will be a recording you can call just before the sheduled event for
changes (like a sudden warm spell). Looks to be a great time.

P.S. If you don't drive a quattro, but still want to test your ice prowess,
you're still welcome to the event. FWD/RWD
