Yes, they are $115.
However, I have one (brand new) for sale for half that price, that may
fit a 4000 turbo.

Here's the story.

Last Autumn, after blowing up yet another turbo hose, I had finally
ordered that blue Si Samco hose from TAP, for which I had paid the
required $115. Ivor said that since they had a universal application,
they were deliberately oversized and that I "should cut it to size, by
shortening the longer strait side".

And so I did. Unfortunately, I was dumb enough to use the original,
thin-walled rubber hose as a length reference. Since the Samco hose is
significantly stiffer, it did not bend as easily, as the rubber one.
Although the hose did get installed properly, and during a day worth of
some spirited test-driving did not fly off the TB or the IC port, it
could use another 10mm to get it fully seated home on the IC port.

I decided to play it safe, bit the bullet and ordered the second hose
from Ivor (didn't they teach us in the kindergarden: measure seven
times, cut only once!). OTOH, for $115 Ivor should have included some
written instructions, stating the final length of the hose for every
car, that could be fitted with it.

So here it goes. For sale:

a brand new Samco hose , 155mm long. Should fit a turbo 4000, coz in
those cars the underhood space is at a premium, and in all the cars,
that I've seen the IC was a lot closer to the TB, than in the factory
turbo 5000/200.

I want $50 for the hose + shipping.
