Unless it's different in Norway (Maybe Phil would know), your '94 S4 has the
auxiliary coolant pump, and yes, it is still advisable to let the engine idle
a for 1-2 minutes, but not as necessary, unless after a VERY spirited drive.
 Did you say you were getting another S4 engine you wanted to tweak?  That
engine you have can do quite well with simple computer chip/wastegate
upgrades.  What do you want to do?
