Control Arm Bushings

Jonathan writes "My 1st thought is worn control arm bushings (all bushings
really)--geometry of susp. changing when load changes"

My 87 Coupe had the same symptoms and the control arm bushings were
completely worn out. The rubber in the bushing is bonded to inner and outer
steel sleeves. I believe when replacing struts or drive shafts you can
separate the rubber from the sleeves if you push the control arms down
beyond their normal travel. So having replaced struts 15 k ago you likely
have bad bushings.
