Prolly not what you were thinking. ;)

If the '90 CQ's bumper design is similar to my '86's, and I can find no
reason in my visual memory to think it is not, then the lower bumper
cover simply(and I use that word gently) snaps off. There are clips on
the back of the cover and I think they "snap" into(and out of) place.
Also, on each side at the point where the wheel-well begins, the cover
has clips that "slip"(from front to back) into grooves. I hope this
helps, BUT do NOT use this advice ONLY w/o someone else either
confirming or corroborating my info. Like I said, I have SOME experience
with an '86 CGT, not a '90!

I'm soooo jealous. The S4 was my "ONLY car" in one of those "what if
you could have only one car in the . . . ." questions. ;)

That's funny, my passenger fog also out . . . actually, NOT funny! My
PIAA combination 9450 lamps have 2 cracked(over the driving lights)
lenses and 1 blown 85 watt Ion Crystal bulb! Around $18!/bulb - NOT
FUNNY AT ALL! :( Especially last night, when it was EXTREMELY foggy on
the North shore of Boston. Ain't that always the way?!? Perfect time to
actually *use* my PIAAs, but I only have 1 bulb working. :( All those
other times when two were in operation, I was just *showing off* my Ion
Crystals and going for that "cool" look. ;) Actually, they *are*
extremely good all-around lamps, especially in projecting light to the
side, where my original Audi headlamps fail miserably.

Are you not the person who has been bragging incessently about the
reliability of that beast . . . or is that another lister?
