over torqued wheels '86 5ktq

Several days after my four wheel alignment, I tried to swap wheels only
to find that the monkenic had torqued two of the five lugs on the rear
to prolly about 250ft-lb.  He could not get them off with air wrench,
had to resort to a 5' pipe.  No apparent wheel cracks at lug holes, no
feel of warped rotors, the shop is replacing the lug wrench I split
trying to get them off ($23 from dealer).  My question:  what other
damage do I need to look for?  --gary ('86's: 5ks&5ktq)
