When I bought my '87 commerative build 4kcsq new in '87 I had heard a rumor
(via an Audi dealer sales rep-tile) that they did indeed do this on the very
last of the production run but I have yet to see one. An interesting question
though. I imagine this would be much more of a "bolt-in" upgrade for a 4kq
given a donor motor from an 80/90 series wreck...not certain it would be
worth doing though.
