Urethan vs. Rubber bushings

I have a 87 4kQ.  The car has been modified w/Eibach springs and Koni 
adjustables on all 4 corners.  I run (summer) 205/50/15 Goodyear GS-Cs on 
15 x 7 wheels.  This car is both my everyday driver and my track car.  As I 
am attempting to continue to tighten up the suspension
the question of urethane vs. rubber (stock) bushings.  I would appreciate 
hearing different opinions on the pros and cons of each type.  Remember, 
this car will remain a daily driver but will be tracked hard.
