Rear Torsen diffs

Anybody out there have a rundown of models and years of Audis that came
with Torsen Rear Differentials?  I'm pretty sure all of the V8's did,
but I'm not sure about other models.  Ian Duff mentioned that the '91
200TQW possibly came with Torsen in the rear.
