TAP 90q 10V chip

Okay, there recently was a very brief foray into the chips available for my
beautiful, but not quite 20V '88 90q.

I know that TAP makes a chip that is claimed to add 14+ hp to my car.  With
the info that's been presented (very little,) I'm more than a little
curious as to whether anyone has tried this chip.  I of course would be
very interested in purchasing it if it is worth my while, but I don't want
to throw $195 out the window for nothing.
