Tap hp estimates

                           filter charger= 7hp
                           chip          =17hp

	Tom sez:  what do you think?

	Bruce sez:  I want what Ivor is having, and I don't mean a good time
	selling Audi parts.  

	Seriously, I *really* want to know when all that new power comes 
in, and I want to know where the dyno is that gave that reading. BTW, 
Graydon, my 89 200tqw *does* put out 500hp. Hell, if I move to Florida I 
think it will put out 800hp---yup, that is bhp.
