My new '91 200TQ

Just picked up my "new" 1991 200TQ yesterday. I couldn't love it more. Like 
others have said before, the test drive is barely a sample of what the real 
experience is like.

Now, for the stupid questions:

1) Does anyone have a passenger-side door speaker grill (black) that would 
fit in the 200? Mine is a bit destroyed.
2) Reccomendations on cleaning/protecting the leather interior? I'm sure 
this topic has been gone over before, but I'm new here.
3) Should I use regular or synthetic oil (JUST KIDDING!!!)
