88 5KS interior trim/windshield questions

This stuff is not too earth shattering, but better than dead cats or
t*rque wrench fights.  All flames to null, please

1) A rock got my windshield and had it replaced Friday.  Rained the
first night and got a wet passanger side shelf under the glove box.  My
assumption is the winshield didn't seal right.  I will take it back
Monday, but was wondering if there is any special procedures needed with
this car.

2) Sun visors:  Do you folks know of any alternative to buying factory
replacements.  The mounting plastic "joint" is broken.  Are there other
years that would fit and use metal mountings?   Do they use sunvisors in
Germany?

3) Really trivial, but can the plastic rings that fit around the door
strikes be replaced or do you have to replace the entire strike post?  I
just want to avoid removing and readjusting the things if possible.

Just driving this lowly non-T, non-Q car makes me smile, a would love to
drive a REAL Audi some day...
