engine warning light comes on,flashes

MODELS:80/90(QUATTRO)w/engine code NG M.Y.1988-1992
CONDITION:Engine warning light flashes or comes on brightly at any
engine speed or load.Ignition and/or fuel injector control module may
display DTC.(diagnostic trouble code).
CAUSE:
-Faulty ground connection at intake manifold stud
-Faulty ground connection at ignition control module
SERVISE:
Intake manifold ground:
-Remove ground connection from stud
-Remove CO tap tube bracket from stud
-Remove stud from intake manifold and carefully clean thread of all dirt
and foreign material.
-Reinstall stud(clean and dry without sealant)
   -torque to 10Nm(7 ft lb)
-Reinstall CO tap tube bracket
-Reinstall ground connection with a suitable shakeproof washer
KICK PANEL GROUND
-Remove ground connection(No.43)from ignition ECM mounting brackt at
right kick panel 
-Carefully clean thread of all dirt and foreign material 
-Reinstall ground connection with suitable shakeproof washer...
