One more sourse of proper inexpencive racing wheels that are hardened and 
made for competition (rally and race)is Compomotive Motorsports Wheels
You can get them at Motorsport Specialties Inc. in PA (800)621-8408
Mention that you will use them for competition and you may get a better 
deal. These wheels are custom made in England so be prepared to tell him 
exact size, offset and bolt pattern. They may cost less than some wheels 
from salvage yards (my personal experience).
