Who cares about hiding the darn thing...you need it in the middle of 
your windshield because you need to have the "look back" part of the 
detector going thru the rear window. I have mine just under the rrview 
mirror on our A4q and show it with pride!!!!

When stopped by a local constable for "speeding"  he asked me "Why 
do you have a radar detector in your car" I replied "Because your radar 
is generally inefficient and inaccurate .......!!!"

No ticket from this guy.......
