Haha, you mean I'm not the only one that has a hard time following
Scott's dots?

I guess I have very little experience in this area, since most of my
previous work was with rotary engines, and normally aspirated at that.
However, I did ride in PDQSHIP a couple times, and although there were
other rather significant mods in place, that RS2XstDiXxxx turbo spooled
up and made some serious boost at less than 3 grand! That was
impressive. From the last few months of looking at mods (and trying a few)
I think that there are a few areas that the casual tweeker can address
that will give gains at a better bang-for-the-buck ratio than RS2
turbos. I think that a serious tweeker can get some tremendous power
with some really well engineered solutions to some basic problems, but
here I'm talking about some major design and prototyping work. I'll
enlighten everyone on the details as each technology is tried and proven.

Hmmmm, the last time I saw a naked Mermaid was 1978 in the harbour in
Copenhagen. Nowhere near a 7-11, and I hadn't even thought about the
Quattro at the time. The Mermaid was cute although a little cold :-)

You can play with a Mustang with a high lag turbo - you just have to know
how to launch the car. Its the old man in the STS on the freeway that
suddenly accelerates, and catches you off guard that requires throttle
response to beat.
