I have to disagree with this.  If you are going to go to all of the
effort to change the t-belt, change the water pump while you are in
there.  It's only a $26 part and since it's used to tension the t-belt,
they do have problems sealing after a while.

It's a real bummer to do the t-belt, just to have the waterpump start
leaking on you a month afterwards.

If you are doing the work yourself, with new t-belt, waterpump, locktite
and RTV, parts come to under $50.  And if you are paying someone else to
do it, well, I wouldn't want to pay for the job twice just because I
decided to save $26 in the short term.
