Unfortunately the same thing happened at Sears where I used to work
(see my head go down in shame). I was on my day off where a high
school drop out managed to do the same thing to a Audi 90.
I think he put the bolt on the impact gun first than tryied to ram it
inside with all that torque.
Lots of people constantly complain about the lack of studs on
VW/AUDI. I got used to it by now I guess.
