4KCSQ and bearings . . . .

Hi all,
Thanks to all they guys who replied to my question on wheel bearings.
Turns out that it is actually the front wheel bearings that are shot.
The dealer wants $260/side, the 'other' guy wanted $200/side but then
decided that since it is a Quattro, he wants $325 a side. Leave me with
little choice!
One more thing, since i am on a roll. My 87 4kCSQ has over 140k on it,
the VDO odometer stopped at 133K. I am a computer consultant making
decent money, but I have incredibly bad credit, reminiscence of college
days, so a 90 coupe or an A4 is pretty much a pipe dream. However, I am
interested in rekindling the fire that ignited when I purchased my
quattro, so I am seeking advice. Here is a list of things that are wrong
with it.

1) Front wheel bearings (getting done)
2) Rear brakes pads (getting done)
3) Exhaust (real bad shape)
4) Front tires (2-3 months left)
5) Front door locks (broken)
6) Power locks (not working)
7) Driver side window switch (broken)
8) Odometer does not work (how to fix cost?)
9) Denon Tape player (belt broken) (installing new CD changer system)
10) Front speakers (crackle) (replacing)
11) Rear strutts cartridges replacement????????
12) Ashtray is broken ???????
13) Rust spot on hood, about 2 inches ?????????

So my questions are

Q1) Odometer can I fix it myself, how much would a dealer charge?
Q2) Exhausts cost around $345, can I get a Scorpio or something on a
4kCSQ, how much would that cost?
Q3) Rear Struts replacement, what is a good option on these?
Q4) What is a cheap place to get door handles? Someone mentioned GPR,
what exactly is that?

Thanks for all who read through this, and thanks in advance.
