90 90Q Fix er up

Just purchased my third Audi today. It looked like a good deal so I grabbed
it. Perhaps I was a little hasty. The car is a 1990 90Q recovered theft
with only 65K on it. It needs a drivers window, front seats (black
leather), and a ignition key set. The total cost was $3,900. Here's the
problem; it won't start! everything looks OK. Is the alarm system messing
up the ignition? Hot wiring dosen't do the trick. Any suggestions?
