Yes, but removing the 'jumper' cable on the computer of a S4 restores the ROW limits for the 
engine. A few minutes work = 40kph!

Subject: Speed Governing- Need your opinion

I would like your opininion regarding the fact that all Audis, BMWs and
almost all Mercedeses are nowadays speed governed in the US. It makes me
