Re: 86 Coupe GT C.E. gaudy NOT!!!

Amen, Allan.

Having owned one of the few Commemorative Edition Coupe GTs on the list,
I'd have to agree with Allan. Although I purchased mine in 1993 for
$2900. It was my first car. Paid cash for it when I was 17. Needless
to say I was briming with pride. Hey I thought I was cool: I had a
German sports car with leather, sunroof, cd player and the girls loved
the large back seat!!! (get your minds out of the gutter, I was the only
one of my friends who had a two door with room to sit in the back.--other
friends had a Supra turba, a 300zx and a Saturn SC2, plus a chevy 1500 Z71)

Thoughts of that car bring back many great memories. I loved it and it
is what got me hooked on 'four rings'
