RE: My turn for the ?????
Check the vacuum hose under the intake area(sorry I don't know the name).
For the wheels 15x7 with a 38mm offset is good for performance and does fill
the wells pretty good. At the 15" size there are plenty of 205/50/15 tires
for relatively cheap and the wheels don't cost too much either. 16x7 is even
better for filling the wells but 205/45/16 tires are few and expensive. I
like my tires and wheels but the tires available in that size, do not last
that long (15-25k) and cost upwards of 140+. The 15" probably are a little
less prone to road noise and rumble strips than the 16 and you can find them
for ~100 or even less.

Ok, you all know, I don't ask many technical questions.....and so, this
is a little wierd for me....I'm not asking the huband is.....
Scenario: sons' 86 4KQ........at 4800-5000 acts like it is on a rev
limiter.......we've been told to check the fuel relay -that it is the
wrong one......can't even find it.......any ideas?
Next.....the boys want to get bigger- high performance type tires for
the street that will look good and fill the wheel well.....what do you
all recommend for size???????? Dealers are trying to sell us
195/60-14.....small damned things......
Thanks,
Trish
