I bent a 1 ton vice pushing in the metal-sleeved bushings on a 1984 Audi 80 
quattro!
It also took me quite a long time to remove the old rusted ones (by using a 
hacksaw).

I decided that if I have to do this again, I will bring the A-arms to a 
workshop with a hydraulic press.
