Umm...I would think that if springs are weak that they wouldn't be able to
"bounce back" as easily since they are what push the car back up. I think the
quick and dirty "see how many times the car bounces" test is for shocks-not
springs. I'm no suspension expert though...it just seems to make sense to me
that a weak spring won't be able to rebound as quickly (given the same
damping).
