UrQ fender lip rolling

I am having my 1983 UrQ repainted so now is the time to roll
the fenders in case I ever find a reasonably priced set of 8"
Ronals. My first question is, do you have to roll the front
fender lips? They seem to already be rolled. Is is just the
upper half to 1/3 of the rear fenders that need to be rolled?
And the biggest question: Do I have any hope of fitting the 8"
Ronals with my Eibach progressive springs (lowered 1")?
