Come now, Avi.  I would hardly call the _four_ separate non-20v I-5 cars I've
owned an _exception_.
I also don't accept the "synth=noisy lifters" concept as a rule.
A generalization, yes.  Rules are proven, substantiated.  Generalizations are
rooted in personal observation, experience, or opinion which when validated
with hard, quantifiable data become _rule_.

Oh well, time to finish that Volvo brake conversion on the 200qw
and hook up the fifth wheel...         ;-P

Not worked up, I just disagree...
