We're not talking about a car accident here.

A diver has just been awarded GBP266,000 damages for an accident in which he 
was not physically harmed.  The judge found that he had developed post-
traumatic stress disorder and his fear of water and diving was now sufficient 
to prevent him working at his chosen profession.
