Does the CO adjustment screw hole actually allow unmetered air into the
intake tract if left unplugged?

I thought it let _unfiltered_ air, but cannot see how it allows unmetered
air in there.  At any rate, does the dealer sell caps for the hole (not
metal plugs)?
